The choice is yours!The base salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 based on experience with uncapped commission ($250,000 - $300,000+ OTE). ResponsibilitiesOwn and close qualified inbound and outbound opportunities sourced by SDR/BDR teamsRun a consultative sales process using SPIN selling and discovery-first techniquesIdentify customer pain points, business impact, and buying motivations to align solutions effectivelyManage your pipeline rigorously to ensure accurate forecasting and consistent deal progressionCollaborate with SDRs, Sales Leadership, and Customer Success to ensure smooth handoffs and successful onboardingMaintain detailed, up-to-date CRM records and follow defined sales processesConsistently meet or exceed monthly revenue targetsRequirements3β5+ years of B2B sales experience as an Account Executive or similar closing roleProven success closing ~$50Kβ$100K ARR deals in a fast-moving sales environmentStrong experience with consultative selling methodologies (SPIN selling)Comfortable running structured discovery and uncovering business pain, urgency, and impactExcellent pipeline management, forecasting, and deal prioritization skillsAbility to manage multiple deals simultaneously within a shorter sales cycleStrong communication, presentation, and objection-handling skillsExperience selling complex B2B solutions is a plusWhat Success Looks LikeConsistently closing deals within a 30-45 day sales cycleMaintaining a healthy, well-qualified pipeline with accurate forecastsDriving high win rates through strong discovery and value-based sellingBuilding trust with prospects by acting as a business advisor, not just a sellerBenefitsSMB Team is a rapidly-growing marketing agency and coaching business for lawyers.
