Remote Nurse Practitioner (NP) – GFE (GLP-1 / Peptide) Clinician

Job Overview We are seeking a licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) to join our rapidly growing telehealth team as a Remote GFE, GLP\-1 \& Peptide Clinician. In this role, you will perform Good Faith Exams (GFEs) and asynchronous clinical evaluations for patients seeking GLP\-1 and peptide wellness therapies through a secure, CPOM\-compliant telehealth platform. You will review patient\-submitted medical histories, assess treatment eligibility, provide evidence\-based clinical recommendations, and ensure high\-quality patient care while following established protocols. This is a fully remote, asynchronous\-first position designed for Nurse Practitioners seeking flexible scheduling and virtual patient care. Most consultations are completed through secure messaging without scheduled appointments. As our patient volume continues to grow rapidly throughout the remainder of the year and into 2027, we are looking for motivated, efficient, and quality\-focused clinicians who can thrive in a high\-volume telehealth environment while maintaining excellent clinical standards. Our organization provides comprehensive support so clinicians can focus exclusively on patient care. **100% of patient communication, customer support, scheduling, logistics, and administrative coordination are handled by our internal team**, allowing providers to concentrate solely on clinical decision\-making and documentation. Key Responsibilities * Conduct Good Faith Exams (GFEs) through secure, asynchronous telehealth consultations. * Review patient medical histories, intake questionnaires, and supporting documentation. * Evaluate patients for eligibility for GLP\-1 and peptide therapies in accordance with established clinical protocols. * Provide clinical recommendations and patient education through written communication. * Approve, defer, or escalate patient cases based on clinical findings and medical necessity. * Escalate cases requiring additional evaluation to video consultation when appropriate. * Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation. * Ensure compliance with applicable state regulations, telehealth standards, and organizational policies. * Collaborate with the clinical leadership team to deliver safe, evidence\-based patient care. Qualifications Required * Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in at least one U.S. state. * Strong clinical assessment and decision\-making skills. * Excellent written communication and documentation skills. * Comfortable providing care in a fully remote, asynchronous environment. * Reliable internet connection and a private workspace suitable for telehealth. Preferred * Previous telehealth or virtual care experience. * Experience performing Good Faith Exams (GFEs). * Clinical experience in medical weight loss, GLP\-1 therapies, peptide therapy, or wellness medicine. * Familiarity with EMRs and telehealth platforms.
