We help clients define what's possible and what’s next for their retirement plans. **PURPOSE OF POSITION** The Temporary Data Specialist will assist with administrative tasks and help maintain the accuracy of our client database. ***\*\*\*\*\* This is a temporary, part\-time position at 29 hours per week\*\*\*\*\**** **PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES** * Accurately enter and update client information, account details, and other relevant data into our company databases and systems. * Ensure the integrity and completeness of all data by performing regular reviews and audits. * Assist with the collection and preparation of client data for entry, ensuring all source documents are properly sorted and organized. * Maintain client files and records, ensuring all information is kept confidential and is easily accessible when needed. * Provide administrative support to other team members as required, which may include assisting with reports, presentations, and communication. * Help troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies by collaborating with other departments. Requirements: **COMPETENCIES REQUIRED** * Strong verbal and written communication skills * Display keen attention to detail with a high level of accuracy * Solid organizational and time\-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast\-paced environment. * Demonstrate sound judgment when making decisions, and operate with discretion and integrity * A proactive attitude and a strong desire to learn. **EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATIONS** * HS diploma or GED required * 1\+ year of CRM experience (HubSpot preferred), including maintaining data in a business system (including data entry, cleansing, and quality checks—not solely clerical typing work) * Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel required **REMOTE WORKING REQUIREMENTS** As a remote\-first company, we have compiled expectations for a successful remote work environment: * Ability to build rapport with others remotely while working productively with limited in\-person interaction * Have access to a reliable and consistently strong, high\-speed internet connection suitable for remote work. A stable, high\-speed internet connection is essential for effe
