This role combines hands-on software development with architectural design, troubleshooting, and the adoption of AI-powered engineering practices.ChallengeWe're looking for a Senior Full Stack Engineer who enjoys building modern SaaS applications while taking ownership of the entire software development lifecycle.This role is ideal for someone who combines strong technical expertise with an engineering mindset, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about delivering high-quality software. You'll contribute to application architecture, performance optimization, and modern development workflows while leveraging AI-powered tools to accelerate software delivery.You'll work in a collaborative environment where engineering excellence, Shift-Left practices, and continuous improvement are core to the team's culture.What You'll DoDesign, develop, and maintain scalable SaaS applications using C#, .NET, Angular, and SQL Server.Build new features while enhancing existing applications with a strong focus on performance, security, and maintainability.Participate in architecture and technical design discussions, helping define scalable solutions and engineering standards.Design and optimize relational databases, stored procedures, indexing strategies, and SQL performance.Develop and maintain RESTful APIs and contribute to modern API architectures.Troubleshoot production issues, perform root cause analysis, and continuously improve application reliability.Write unit and integration tests to ensure high-quality software delivery.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Architecture teams throughout the development lifecycle.Work in a Shift-Left environment, taking ownership from implementation through testing and production support.Leverage AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, and similar technologies to improve productivity and software quality.Required Skills & Qualifications5+ years of professional experience developing web applications.Strong expertise in:C#.NET ecosystemAngularSQL ServerExperience working with relational databases, stored procedures, and SQL performance optimization.Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills.Experience writing unit and integration tests.Comfortable working in Shift-Left development environments.Self-driven professional with a strong ownership mindset.Excellent collaboration and communication skills.Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.English proficiency at C1 level (written and verbal).Nice to HaveStrong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server indexing and query optimization.Experience with AWS or other cloud platforms (EC2, S3, SES, etc.).Experience with GraphQL.Experience with enterprise-scale SaaS applications.Knowledge of HTML and CSS for traditional web applications.Experience using AI-assisted development tools and coding agents such as:GitHub CopilotCursorClaude CodeFamiliarity with modern AI concepts including:Large Language Models (LLMs)Model Context Protocol (MCP)Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)Team & EnvironmentCollaborative engineering team focused on building enterprise SaaS products.Strong culture of ownership, quality, and continuous improvement.Modern engineering practices with Shift-Left development and AI-assisted workflows.Opportunity to contribute to architecture decisions while remaining hands-on in software development.Fast-paced environment that values innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.Why JoinBuild scalable SaaS applications with modern technologies and cloud-based architectures.Work with international engineering teams solving complex technical challenges.Gain hands-on experience with AI-powered software development and modern engineering practices.Full support from Ubiminds, including career guidance, HR, and administrative services.Remote-first culture with outstanding opportunities for international career growth.About UbimindsOur CulturePeople First.
