Here, you will make an impact by:Providing knowledgeable expertise in coding performance, engine methodology and best practices, to enhance the client experience and improve the overall performance of coding auto-suggestionAnalyzing statistically relevant data resulting in high-volume development items to increase return on investment for clientsLeading client calls to provide consultation and recommendations for optimization of computer assisted coding solution outputSupporting and working with multiple teams; support, engineering, client engagement executives and NLPCreating presentation content for internal and external client presentations including webinars, blogs and industry articlesYour Skills and ExpertiseTo set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited from an accredited university OR High School Diploma/GED or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of four (4) years of experience in Health Information Management.ANDCertified Coding Specialist (CCS), or Certified Coding Professional (CPC)Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Certified Registered Health Information Technician/Administrator (RHIT) (RHIA),Accreditation as a Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA), BSIT, BSN or RNExcellent knowledge of disease and procedure classification systems and thorough understanding of official coding guidelines, conventions, and tabular list instructionsStrong database computer skill in intermediate logic design with intermediate programming languageKnowledge of medical terminology, anatomy, physiology, disease processes, surgical and non-surgical procedures, medical literature and revenue-based regulatory requirementsOutpatient Facility Coding experience Knowledge of Evaluation and Management coding and professional billing.Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:Experience with:Multi-specialty EM CodingRadiology CodingSurgery CodingCardiology CodingPathology CodingWork location: Remote-United StatesTravel: May include up to 10% domestic/international travelRelocation Assistance: Not authorizedMust be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).Supporting Your Well-beingSolventum offers many programs to help you live your best life – both physically and financially.
