**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and detail\-oriented Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant to join our team. **Responsibilities**
* Manage daily bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks, including invoicing, expense tracking, and bank reconciliations
* Handle multi\-line phone systems with professionalism, providing excellent customer support and front desk assistance
* Maintain organized filing systems for financial documents, correspondence, and office records
* Perform data entry with accuracy, ensuring all information is up\-to\-date and properly documented
* Support office management duties such as calendar management, appointment scheduling, and supply inventory control
* Assist with proofreading and editing correspondence, reports, and other documents for clarity and accuracy
* Provide general administrative support including typing, photocopying, faxing, and maintaining office equipment
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills
* Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as Google Workspace tools
* Excellent computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly
* Strong data entry skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
* Exceptional phone etiquette and customer service skills; experience with multi\-line phone systems preferred
* Bilingual abilities are a plus to effectively communicate with diverse clients and team members
* Previous experience as a receptionist or personal assistant is advantageous
* Knowledge of office management best practices along with time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
