Job OverviewWe are seeking Recruiter to support the delivery of freelance and contract staff across offshore, marine, energy, and project-based sectors. This is a process-driven, high-velocity, and operationally focused recruitment role. You will manage candidate pipelines, support mobilization logistics, and ensure compliance and accurate data management. Flexibility required to support operational needsHoliday: Will follow Singapore holidaysResponsibilitiesCandidate ManagementMaintain relationships with registered candidates, ensuring up-to-date information on availability, work status, certifications, and market trendsResearch, identify, and attract new candidates to support Senior Account ManagersFoster referrals and recommendations to strengthen the candidate pipelineMonitor candidate applications and ensure efficient processingQualify, shortlist, and present suitable candidates against defined job requirementsAssist with recruitment and selection processes through liaison with candidates and internal teamsDevelop long-term candidate relationships and track engagementConsistently meet agreed KPIs and targetsRecruitment & ResourcingSource freelance and contract personnel for offshore and project-based assignmentsBuild and maintain a live, scalable candidate pipeline aligned with project demandConduct market research to identify emerging skills, availability trends, and talent poolsSupport short-notice and time-critical project requirementsMobilization & Logistics SupportCoordinate travel and accommodation for deployed personnel (flights, hotels, trains, vehicles)Support mobilization planning in line with project schedulesEnsure all relevant candidate documentation is complete prior to mobilizationCandidate Administration & CRM ManagementMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate and client records in CRMProvide first-line support for recruitment-related enquiriesConduct pre-employment and compliance checks in line with policy and legislationManage diaries for scheduled calls and interviews with Account Managers and Team LeadersLiaise closely with recruitment and delivery teams on live requirementsComply with management systems, payroll, billing, and database proceduresProvide professional feedback to candidates at all timesStakeholder & Team SupportSupport Senior Account Managers with candidate insights, availability tracking, and market intelligenceCommunicate clearly with internal teams regarding candidate status and pipeline progressUnderstand and support the end-to-end sales and delivery processQualificationsExperience in recruitment, resourcing, or candidate coordination (contract, offshore, or project-based recruitment preferred)Comfortable handling high-volume, process-driven recruitment in fast-paced environmentsStrong organizational, analytical, and data-oriented skillsClear, precise, and factual communication style; able to work with metrics and structured processesStrong CRM / database management and sourcing skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and shifting workloads, especially during peak recruitment seasonsComfortable with flexible work hours and occasional travel coordinationOriginally posted on Himalayas
