This role focuses on designing visually compelling and responsive email templates that align with clients' brand identities and marketing objectives. If you're experienced with Klaviyo and Figma, and passionate about crafting high-performing email campaigns, wed love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities:Design responsive and visually engaging email templates that align with client branding and marketing goalsCollaborate with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and develop design conceptsCreate layouts and graphics using Klaviyo and Figma, ensuring designs are optimized for various devices and email clientsImplement A/B testing and incorporate data-driven insights to enhance email performanceStay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in email design strategiesQualifications:Proven experience as an E-commerce Email Designer or in a similar roleExpertise in Klaviyo and Figma is a mustStrong understanding of email design principles, HTML/CSS, and responsive design techniquesA strong portfolio showcasing exceptional email design workExcellent attention to detail, meeting deadlines with high-quality deliverablesEffective communication and collaboration skills for team-oriented environmentsKnowledge of email marketing trends, customer segmentation, and A/B testingPreferred Qualifications:Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and data analysisUnderstanding of basic marketing principles and customer segmentation strategiesOur Offer:A collaborative and dynamic work environment.Opportunities to work on diverse projects and innovate within the email marketing spaceCompensation: $2200-$2500 gross/monthWorking hours: 9-5pm ESTFreelance (independent contractor) role (youll be responsible for your own taxes)Recruitment ProcessInitial interview with Zabota teamInterview with the clientSecond interview and/or test task (if required)A final decision and official offerOriginally posted on Himalayas
