**Responsibilities**

* Respond to incoming customer chats in a timely and professional manner.
* Assist customers with product information, order status, troubleshooting, and general inquiries.
* Identify customer needs and recommend relevant solutions or escalate when necessary.
* Document chat interactions accurately and update customer records accordingly.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, policies, and procedures.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by providing feedback on customer trends and issues.
* Manage multiple chat sessions simultaneously while maintaining high\-quality service.
**Requirements**

* High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
* Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a live chat or digital support environment.
* Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to multitask and handle high volumes of chat interactions efficiently.
* Strong problem\-solving skills and a customer\-centric mindset.
* Familiarity with CRM software and chat platforms is a plus.
* Comfortable working in a fast\-paced, team\-oriented environment.
* Flexible availability to cover various shifts, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
