Job Description
**Job Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Human Resources Generalist to join our team and drive our HR initiatives forward. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape and support our organizational culture through comprehensive human resources management, talent acquisition, employee relations, and strategic planning. **Duties**
* Manage end\-to\-end talent acquisition processes, including sourcing candidates via ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) like iCIMS, Taleo, or Workday, conducting interviews, and coordinating onboarding activities such as employee orientation and training programs.
* Oversee employee relations by addressing concerns promptly, facilitating conflict management, and promoting a positive workplace culture.
* Administer benefits programs and manage benefits administration tasks using platforms such as ADP or Paychex to ensure accurate data entry and employee support.
* Ensure compliance with employment \& labor law regulations, OSHA standards, FMLA policies, workers' compensation procedures, and affirmative action planning.
* Support performance management initiatives by conducting employee evaluations, implementing training \& development plans, and assisting with succession planning efforts.
* Lead HR projects related to organization design, change management initiatives, workforce management strategies, and HRIS (Human Resources Information System) updates like Oracle HCM or SAP SuccessFactors.
* Maintain accurate HR data collection records and generate reports for strategic planning using tools such as Salesforce or UltiPro.
* Facilitate employee engagement activities through social media management and internal communication channels to foster transparency and motivation.
**Qualifications**
* Proven experience in human resources management with a strong understanding of human capital management practices.
* Familiarity with employment \& labor law compliance including OSHA regulations and workers' compensation procedures.
* Demonstrated ability in talent acquisition, recruiting strategies, onboarding processes, and employee evaluation techniques.
* Proficiency in HRIS platforms such as Workday, Oracle HCM, SAP SuccessFactors or UltiPro; experience with ATS systems like iCIMS or Taleo is highly desirable.
* Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
* Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate across departments and resolve conflicts efficiently.
* Knowledge of benefits administration systems including Paychex or ADP; experience with payroll processing is a plus.
