Job Summary We are seeking a meticulous and initiative\-taking Data Administrator to join our team. This vital role involves managing and maintaining accurate data records across various systems, ensuring data integrity, and supporting operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, technical proficiency with databases and office software, and a keen eye for detail to facilitate seamless data entry, collection, and management. Work Location This position is based in Lawrence, Kansas; remote work arrangements are available for qualified candidates. Duties: * Proficient in all applications used to facility Inbound and Outbound data flow. * ·Ensuring confidential communication of patient information during all processes * Collaborate with vendors \& internal systems to batch supplemental materials (e.g., letters, emails) * Preparing reports daily, weekly, and monthly * Capture analytics on inbound/outbound data. * Preparing queries for new processes and procedures and maintaining existing protocols. * Responding to occasional calls/emails from clients and coworkers * Working with IT and other departments to coordinate intersecting processes * Collaborate effectively with clients to develop and maintain efficient data exchange processes. * Contributes to continuous improvement of individual, program, and organizational performance (e.g., mentoring, monitoring progress, adjusting programs to achieve better results) * Gathers information that can inform options for policies, programs, and services Contributes to improvement planning (e.g., providing data to supplement assessments, communicating observations) * Uses information technology following HIPPA protocols in accessing, collecting, analyzing, using, maintaining, and disseminating data and information efficiently to individuals, groups, and organizations. Qualifications: * Proficient in the navigation of various database programs and computer applications. (e.g., hospital account management and billing software, Excel) * Strong analytics and math skills * Ability to recognize, trouble\-shoot and solve occasional problems. * Detailed oriented and able to work independently while ensuring no disruption to business needs while maintaining HIPPA protocols. * Ability to use Excel to import data sets, run analysis, and display results using charts and graphs Ability to identify new ways to use business data to achieve business process improvement Ability to “pull” needed data and recombine it using SQL Queries
