Job Description

About the RoleThe Director of Global Field & Events will own the strategy and execution of our event and field marketing programs worldwide. This is a role for someone who has built and run field marketing programs at scale with deep experience working alongside partner ecosystems and who is equally comfortable presenting an event strategy to executive leadership then personally running a sponsored tradeshow booth the following week. You will be responsible for creating impactful, on-brand experiences that generate pipeline, deepen customer and partner relationships, and position A-LIGN as a leader in cybersecurity compliance. This requires close collaboration with Sales, Partnerships, and Revenue Operations to ensure every event is purposefully targeted, well-executed, and tied to measurable outcomes. This is a player-coach role. You will lead a small team and be responsible for building the infrastructure for a high-performing, scalable events function — while staying close enough to execution that nothing falls through the cracks.
