As an **Admissions Advisor**, you will be the primary gateway for prospective students entering our program. In this role, you are responsible for converting inquiries into enrolled students by managing incoming leads, maintaining consistent and highly motivated outreach, and ensuring meticulous data tracking in Salesforce. This is a high\-impact position that directly drives company revenue, fuels program growth, and supports students as they take the first major step toward their professional driving careers. **Core Responsibilities** ------------------------- * **Active Outreach:** Contact prospective students via phone, text, and email to build immediate rapport and excitement. * **Enrollment Management:** Guide students seamlessly through the enrollment pipeline from initial inquiry to class placement. * **Program Expert:** Clearly and confidently explain program details, schedules, requirements, and the career paths we unlock. * **Persistent Follow\-Up:** Maintain an organized, consistent follow\-up cadence with all assigned leads to ensure no prospective student is left behind. * **Data Integrity:** Track and log 100% of communication activity, status changes, and student notes in Salesforce in real time. * **Compliance \& Documentation:** Ensure all required enrollment paperwork, IDs, and clearances are completed accurately and on time. * **Student Advocacy:** Support students throughout the onboarding process to ensure a smooth, welcoming, and complete transition into the academy. **Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)** ------------------------------------- ### **1\. Activity Metrics (The Hustle)** * **Outbound Volume:** Daily and weekly targets for calls, text messages, and email touchpoints. * **Call Handle Time:** Efficiently qualifying and managing phone conversations to optimize lead reach. * **Follow\-up Consistency:** Adhering to the established lead\-touch schedule. ### **2\. Conversion Metrics (The Results)** * **Transfer\-to\-Enrollment Rate:** Successfully guiding warm transfers through to registration. * **Appointment\-to\-Enrollment Rate:** Maximizing the number of booked appointments that complete enrollment. * **Total Enrollments:** Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly enrollment targets. ### **3\.
