About the Role
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Salesforce Administrator with deep platform expertise, strong operational acumen, and the ability to align technical solutions with broader business objectives. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who understands how organizations operate at scale and can architect, optimize, and manage Salesforce environments that support complex business processes.
As a key member of the team, you will partner closely with stakeholders across multiple departments to enhance, support, and evolve our Salesforce ecosystem. Beyond day-to-day administration, this individual will play a strategic role in identifying operational challenges, designing scalable solutions, and driving continuous improvement across the platform. Your experience and perspective will be instrumental in shaping both system functionality and the way the organization leverages Salesforce to support growth and efficiency.
Key ResponsibilitiesPlatform Administration & Governance — Administer and continuously improve the Salesforce platform, ensuring configurations, security models, and data structures support business operations effectivelyAdvanced Automation — Build and maintain complex, reusable Flows and declarative automation that streamline business processes and reduce operational overheadDocument & Contract Management — Support enterprise-grade document generation and contract workflows using Conga Composer and Conga CLMData Management & Integrity — Oversee data quality, imports, and hygiene across the CRM using Excel, SQL, Data Loader, and related toolsReporting & Dashboards — Develop reports and dashboards that surface meaningful insights for leadership and operational teamsUser Support & Enablement — Manage user profiles, roles, and permissions; support adoption through training and responsive troubleshootingCross-Platform Collaboration — Work with internal teams and external vendors to support integrations between Salesforce and other business-critical systemsContinuous Improvement — Apply your experience and perspective to identify and implement platform enhancements that drive efficiency and business valueWhat You Bring6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience across complex environmentsSalesforce Administrator Certification required; Advanced Administrator, App Builder, or other certifications highly valuedAdvanced proficiency with Salesforce Flows, including screen flows, sub-flows, and multi-step automationMeaningful experience with Conga CLM and/or Conga Composer in a production settingStrong working knowledge of SQL, SOQL, and Excel for data management and analysisExperience working with or alongside system integrations between Salesforce and external platformsA collaborative, solutions-oriented approach with strong communication skillsBroad business acumen — you understand how operations, teams, and systems connectBachelor's degree in a related field preferredWhy Join DFSWork within a collaborative, experienced Salesforce teamDirect impact on a scaling company's operations and growthCompetitive compensation and benefits packageOpportunity to work on complex, high-impact CRM initiativesProject DetailsType: Ongoing, long-term engagementHours: Full-time (40 hours/week)Schedule: U.S. business hours (EST)Environment: Fully remoteOriginally posted on Himalayas
