Position Title: Sales Manager IndonesiaLocation: Remote (Based in Indonesia)Reporting to: APAC Sales DirectorCompany Overview A leading international premium lifestyle brand has evolved from manufacturing ceramics into offering full solutions for Bathroom & Wellness, Dining & Lifestyle, and Kitchen. The brand combines European craftsmanship with modern innovation, and its products are distributed globally through retail, hospitality and project channels.Main Objective of the Role Responsible for achieving sales revenue and profit targets within Indonesia, while expanding market presence, driving brand visibility, and strengthening distribution and project business in alignment with regional strategies.Key Responsibilities & Weighting1. Sales & Revenue Achievement 50% Achieve planned sales, revenue and profit targets in Indonesia Manage and support distributors to ensure strong commercial performance2. Project Specification Development 15% Drive project specifications by engaging with interior design firms in Indonesia Support regional project specification activities when necessary3. Project Business Expansion 15% Grow brand presence in project channels (hospitality, residential, commercial) Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, developers, investors and hotel groups Ensure professional follow-up throughout the full project lifecycle4. Market Development 10% Identify business opportunities to grow market share Develop market and customer development plans Expand and optimize the distribution network in Indonesia5. Brand Marketing Implementation 5% Implement global marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness across the region6. Reporting & Planning 5% Maintain accurate CRM records Prepare business review materials and forecasts Contribute to regional S&OP planningRequired QualificationsEducation Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing or a related fieldExperience Minimum 3 years of sales experience, ideally in premium consumer goods, interiors, building materials, sanitary ware, or related industriesSkills & Competencies Strong commercial acumen and financial understanding Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with strong negotiation skills Logical and analytical thinking with structured execution capabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to collaborate effectively across markets and teams Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools Fluent English required; Bahasa Indonesia native speaker preferredOriginally posted on Himalayas
