**Job Overview** We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Vice President of Business Development to lead our strategic growth initiatives and expand our market presence in the fire protection pipe connection technology field. This position offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated leader to make a significant impact by leveraging expertise in sales, strategic planning, and customer relationship management. **Responsibilities** * Develop and implement comprehensive business development strategies aligned with company goals to maximize growth opportunities. * Identify, evaluate, and pursue new markets, partnerships, and client segments to expand the organization’s footprint. * Lead negotiations with prospective clients and partners, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that support long\-term relationships. * Oversee the management of CRM software systems such as Salesforce to track leads, opportunities, and sales pipelines effectively. * Collaborate with marketing teams to craft targeted campaigns that generate leads and enhance brand visibility across channels. * Manage cross\-functional projects related to market expansion initiatives, ensuring timely execution and achievement of objectives. * Cultivate strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, understanding client needs, and delivering tailored solutions that foster loyalty. **Experience** * Proven track record in business development or sales leadership roles within a fast\-paced environment. * Strong background in strategic planning, negotiation, and project management with demonstrated success in driving revenue growth. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients, partners, and internal teams. * Knowledge of Fire protection pipe connection is highly desirable. * Experience working in fire protection pipe connection industry is preferred. * A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; advanced degrees or relevant certifications are a plus.
