This role will be responsible for ensuring high quality data reporting, responding to client queries, supporting analysis and contributing to strong long term client relationships. This position requires strong attention to detail, communication skills and the ability to translate data into business insights.Responsibilities:Client ManagementAct as day to day contact for all clientsResponsible for drafting and sending out all client deliverables communications (e.g. NSA update, ad-hoc reports, CS update, flash report etc) in a timely mannerMaintain all clients’ subscriptions and data platform accessesRespond and support in client queries, maintain logs and ensure follow through. Monitor and update CSM regularlySupport client meetings, presentation and training sessionsBuild strong working relationship to ensure high client satisfactionSupport in data platform training and report readoutsData Delivery and Quality AssuranceResponsible for all syndicated and adhoc client deliverablesEnsure timely and accurate delivery of contracted reports and datasetsPerform data validation and quality control checks prior to releaseInvestigate and resolve data discrepancies with stakeholdersMaintain documentation of delivery processes and client requirementsAnalysis & InsightsConduct basic to intermediate data analysis to support client business questionsPrepare charts, dashboards and summaries for client presentationSupport ad-hoc analysis requests from commercial or services teamTranslate data findings into clear business implicationsInternal CoordinationWork closely with production or offshore or tech teams to manage deliverables or new offeringsTrack project timelines and follow up on outstanding actionsEscalate risks or delays appropriatelySupport AMs in building effective business relationships with clientsSupport internal stakeholders on information/ data needs relating to Singapore/MalaysiaCommercial SupportIdentify opportunities to enhance client value and offering usageSupport AM in preparing renewals, adhoc projects or upsell discussionsContribute ideas to improve service efficiency and client experience RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Life Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics or related field2-3 years experience in client servicing, data analytics, healthcare or research industry preferredStrong Microsoft Excel skills.
