You will assist with patient triage, care coordination, medical documentation, appointment management, and communication between patients and healthcare professionals.The ideal candidate has a strong clinical background, excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish, and thrives in a fast-paced virtual healthcare environment where accuracy, empathy, and professionalism are essential.Why This Opportunity?Join a growing healthcare organization serving patients across the United States.Work closely with physicians and healthcare providers in a fully remote environment.Apply your clinical expertise while expanding your experience in virtual healthcare.Be part of a collaborative team focused on delivering exceptional patient care.Enjoy long-term career growth within a dynamic healthcare organization.What You'll DoPatient Care & Clinical SupportTriage patient calls and messages, identifying urgent concerns and escalating cases appropriately.Support providers with patient follow-ups, medication management, and care coordination.Communicate laboratory results, prescriptions, and treatment instructions under provider guidance.Provide compassionate and professional support throughout the patient care journey.Medical DocumentationAccurately document patient interactions, medical histories, and provider notes.Maintain complete and up-to-date electronic medical records (EMRs).Ensure documentation meets clinical, legal, and organizational standards.Support providers by preparing accurate patient information for clinical review.Care Coordination & Administrative SupportSchedule appointments and coordinate patient follow-ups.Assist with referral management and communication between providers, patients, and external healthcare partners.Support administrative workflows, billing coordination, and report preparation as needed.Maintain organized patient records while ensuring HIPAA compliance.Clinical OperationsSupport providers with daily clinical and operational activities.Maintain confidentiality when handling protected health information.Contribute to efficient workflow management and patient satisfaction.Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.QualificationsRequired QualificationsMinimum 2+ years of clinical experience in hospitals, clinics, medical offices, or healthcare organizations.Licensed Medical Assistant or equivalent clinical certification required.
