It's a destination for someone who finds deep satisfaction in doing their craft exceptionally well, year after year. **What You'll Do** * Categorize and reconcile transactions with precision and consistency across multiple client accounts * Maintain clean, accurate books in QuickBooks Online; adapt quickly to other software tools as needed * Manage your own time and workload within structured assignments and checklists * Identify and resolve discrepancies, integration failures, and reconciliation issues independently — using your accounting knowledge, software expertise, and critical thinking to get to the right end product * Follow up on root causes, not just workarounds. If the integration broke today, you fix it today *and* you make sure it doesn't quietly become a permanent manual process * Participate in daily 15\-minute standups and weekly hour\-long team meetings; raise concerns when needed, not as a formality * Communicate primarily through written channels: email, chat, and threaded comments * Support team members and team leads by completing assigned work that feeds into larger client deliverables; absorb reprioritization without losing sight of the overall goal * Assist with tasks outside your daily routine when called upon, sales tax filings, unfamiliar workflows, new software, by connecting the dots using your existing knowledge and tools **What Great Looks Like in This Role** **At 30 days:** You understand the workflow, the tools, and the standards.
