Reporting to the Head of Operations, this remote role offers autonomy and the opportunity to shape a key area of the business, making a significant impact on its success.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with the existing Training & Consultancy Manager and the wider professional services team on customer and internal projects
Deliver high quality training on our software products
Support the professional services function in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue results
Generate leads for professional services (from existing customers), nurture and close sales
Collaborate with other departments to align professional services with product offerings and customer needs.
Identify opportunities to enhance service offerings, ensuring they meet the evolving demands of customers and/or market.
Align with KPI’s set for the Professional Services team and actively contribute to meeting targets.
Experience and SkillsExperience working in a training or professional services team
Proven software training experience within a SaaS or technology environment
A strong track record of executing strategies that drive revenue growth.
Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet and exceed deadlines.
The ability to work autonomously on own initiative.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for building relationships at all levels.
Experience in and knowledge of the Housing industry is a plus
Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.
