About the TeamThe Dasher & Logistics team is responsible for ensuring every delivery is completed with speed, accuracy, and a high-quality experience for Consumers, Merchants, and Dashers.Within this group, the Global Live Operations team serves as the execution arm of the Live Operations Strategy & Operations (S&O) team, supporting real-time decision-making and operational continuity across the marketplace.We partner closely with S&O stakeholders to execute structured workflows, monitor live operations, and respond to disruptions such as severe weather, holidays, and demand spikes. Our team plays a critical role in ensuring that strategic decisions are implemented accurately and consistently in real time to maintain delivery quality and marketplace stability.About the RoleNote: This role requires working a consistent shift, including weekends and holidays.As a Global Live Operations Specialist, you will execute structured, real-time workflows that support delivery quality and operational performance across DoorDash’s marketplace.This is a hands-on, execution-focused role where you will follow established playbooks, monitor live operations, and take action to resolve issues as they arise.
