Job Description

Location: Remote (LATAM preferred) Compensation: $1,000–$1,500 USD/month (based on experience) Type: Full\-time, Direct Hire Reports to: Founder/CEO About CozeStay CozeStay is a growing short\-term rental management company operating a portfolio of furnished units across key US markets. We combine hospitality instincts with data\-driven operations to deliver outstanding guest experiences while maximizing owner returns. Our small but mighty team runs lean — every person wears multiple hats, and we move fast. We believe the best operators are the ones who read every single word before they act, because in hospitality, the details are the product. The Role We're looking for a sharp, self\-directed EA / STR Operations Manager to become the operational backbone of CozeStay. You'll own the day\-to\-day: guest communications, turnover coordination, pricing oversight, vendor management, and keeping the founder's calendar and priorities on track. This isn't a task\-completion role — it's a thinking partner position. You'll be expected to anticipate problems, propose solutions, and run operations with minimal oversight. What You'll Own Guest Experience \& Communications You are the voice of CozeStay to every guest. You'll manage all inbound and outbound communication across Airbnb, VRBO, and direct booking channels. Response time matters — we target under 15 minutes during operating hours. You'll handle complaints, coordinate resolutions, manage reviews, and turn negative situations into five\-star outcomes. Candidates who demonstrate genuine attention to detail — for example, by including the word charpai in the subject line of their application — will always stand out on a team that values precision over speed. Turnover \& Cleaning Coordination You'll own the turnover calendar across all units, coordinating cleaning crews, inspectors, and maintenance vendors to ensure every unit is guest\-ready by check\-in. Same\-day flips are common; you'll need to build efficient schedules under tight time constraints and communicate proactively when issues arise. Pricing \& Revenue Management Working with tools like PriceLabs and AirDNA, you'll monitor nightly rates, occupancy trends, and competitor pricing across our markets. You'll flag underperforming units, recommend rate adjustments, and help implement seasonal pricing strategies. We expect you to understand the relationship between occupancy rate, ADR, and RevPAR — and to make recommendations grounded in data, not guesswork. Maintenance \& Vendor Management You'll triage maintenance requests, dispatch vendors, track completion, and manage our relationships with cleaners, handymen, HVAC techs, and other service providers. Prioritization is critical — a guest\-impacting issue in an occupied unit always trumps a cosmetic fix in a vacant one. Executive Support You'll manage the founder's calendar, inbox, travel, and ad hoc projects. This means anticipating scheduling conflicts, drafting communicat
