TIME COMMITMENT Services are expected to require variable hours based on agreed\-upon deliverables and deadlines. During the initial onboarding and stabilization period, services may require a higher level of effort. After systems and routines are established, services are expected to average approximately 2\-4 hours per week, with actual time varying month to month. This engagement is structured around outcomes and deliverables, not fixed weekly hours. COMPENSATION STRUCTURE The posted rate is $40\-$55 per hour, depending on experience. If you work on a retainer basis, tell us your monthly rate for the scope described below. The initial cleanup and onboarding period will be scoped and billed separately from any ongoing retainer, either hourly or as a one\-time project fee.
