Join us!About the role We are looking for an Integration Architect – Agentic Delivery who can design and implement scalable integrations between AI-powered agentic systems and enterprise platforms like Zendesk and Salesforce. This role will focus on building intelligent workflows, automations, and seamless data exchange across systems.ResponsibilitiesArchitect and implement integrations between agentic AI platforms and Zendesk / SalesforceDesign end-to-end workflows for customer support automation using AI agentsBuild and manage APIs, webhooks, and middleware integrationsEnsure data consistency, security, and scalability across systemsCollaborate with product, engineering, and customer teams to deliver solutionsDevelop custom connectors, orchestration layers, and automation pipelinesTroubleshoot and optimize integration performanceRequirementStrong experience with Zendesk APIs, apps framework, and workflowsHands-on expertise in Salesforce (REST/SOAP APIs, Apex, integrations)Experience in integration architecture (MuleSoft, Workato, Zapier, custom middleware, etc.)Knowledge of API design, authentication (OAuth, JWT), and event-driven systemsExposure to Agentic AI / LLM workflows / prompt orchestrationStrong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skillsGood to HaveExperience with AI automation platforms / conversational AIKnowledge of LangChain / LLM integrationsBackground in customer experience (CX) platformsNetomi is an equal opportunity employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
