We pair rigorous operations with AI and agtech across the production stack. Our finance function is central to that effort, organizing the data we collect and enabling our farm teams to do more with less. **The Role** Gold Leaf is a fast\-growing, mission\-driven farming company at an exciting inflection point. The Accounting Manager will report to the Controller and take ownership of core accounting operations, leading the build\-out of scalable processes, controls, and reporting as the business grows. This is a hands\-on role suited to someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and finds satisfaction in creating order, building systems, and delivering clean, reliable financial information. You will work closely with the Controller and operations leaders across the farms. **Key Responsibilities** *Financial Close and Reporting* * Lead the monthly, quarterly, and year\-end close across a multi\-entity structure. * Prepare accurate, consolidated GAAP financial statements. * Manage account reconciliations, journal entries, and intercompany accounting across a complex entity and fund structure. * Own fixed asset accounting and ensure the fixed asset register is current and accurate. *Process and Controls* * Design, document, and implement accounting processes and internal controls. * Identify and drive continuous improvement acr
