Job DescriptionWe’re looking for a detail‑oriented Data & Scheduling Coordinator to support our K–12 Tutoring operations. This role focuses on accurate data entry, schedule management, and daily updates across key platforms.Key Responsibilities:Enter and update data in PowerSchool and CanvasMaintain schedule and calendar continuity between Canvas and the K12 Tutoring PlatformManage Excel sheets (basic formulas, filtering) to distill information down to key elementsComplete next‑day scheduling tasks during late afternoon/evening ETRequirements:1+ year of data entry or administrative experienceProficiency in Canvas and Excel Experience with PowerSchool a plus (training available)Strong accuracy, reliability, and communicationMust have some daily overlap with ET and be available for evening tasksPreferred:Experience in K–12 or tutoring programsBased in a time zone later than ET (or able to work later shifts)Compensation:
