Must live in Mountain or Central Time Zone to be considered.The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is a key driver of Smart Care’s revenue growth. This inside sales role focuses on identifying, contacting, and qualifying prospective customers within target markets. Through phone and email outreach, the ISR builds relationships, uncovers customer needs, schedules qualified meetings for the field sales team, and generates work orders. Success is measured by the generation of Sales Qualified Leads and prospective customer outreach activities.This role partners closely with sales and marketing and is ideal for someone looking to grow a career in B2B sales.Key ResponsibilitiesProspect and engage decision-makers through outbound phone and email outreachQualify leads based on customer needs, budget, timeline, and fit and hand-off to salespersonSet meetings and appointments for field sales representatives and generate work ordersClearly communicate Smart Care’s value proposition and overcome basic objectionsMaintain accurate activity, lead status, and notes in CRM and sales toolsCollaborate with marketing and sales to support campaigns and initiativesProvide feedback to improve messaging, scripts, and outreach strategiesMeet or exceed SQL and activity goalsQualificationsProfessional, results‑driven, and motivated to build a sales careerComfortable making outbound calls and communicating via email with sales aptitudeStrong listening, communication, and organization skillsAbility to manage time effectively and work independentlyPositive, team‑oriented attitudeExperience & SkillsBachelor’s degree preferred OR 1–2+ years of experience in sales, customer service, lead generation, or cold callingB2B services sales experience a plusFamiliarity with CRM and sales/marketing tools, and/or Microsoft OfficeUnderstanding of sales funnel and lead qualification conceptsAbout Smart CareSmart Care is a national repair and service provider for commercial foodservice, refrigeration, and cold storage equipment.
