Being a people-first organization, PradeepIT constantly strives for individuals who won't just keep up, but break new ground, work with cutting edge technology and ramp-up their skills with course created by our Vertical Heads, Senior Architect for freely with help of PradeepIT Academy.About the Job:ResponsibilitiesBuilding and managing the scalable marketing automation infrastructure, while auditing and governing the Marketo instance including campaigns, programs, drip & nurture programs and communications.Manage all technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM, etc.) used to generate, distribute, and report on lead flowManaging and implementing 3rd Party tools and applications integration with MarketoTrack, test, and analyse data relating to campaign metrics to improve and optimize programsEmail / Landing Page templates creation and testingCollaborate with key stakeholders to identify gaps in processes and systems, and optimize workflows for marketing and sales productivity globallyProactively auditing and improving nurture strategy and tactics for operations excellence and ROISegment and leverage the marketing database for greater campaign efficiencyAuditing and maintaining database health, quality and integrityProvide internal support and training on all of our marketing platformsHelp develop best practices and documentationImprove initiatives around lead targeting, A/B testing, and deliverabilityTroubleshoot and QA campaigns, workflows, data issues and other key marketing operations functionsAnalyze data and provide recommendations for marketing effectivenessUnderstand the framework of campaigns, lead routing, list uploads, and data management between sales and marketing systemsCollaborate with our marketing team members in NA, EMEA and APJ and provide marketing campaigns and processes execution supportWhat We're Looking ForA Marketo Champion who understands Marketing Automation Platforms in and out.
