**About the Role** The Clubhouse is a welcoming, collaborative co\-working community looking for a skilled bookkeeper. **This is a hybrid role.** Most of the work can be done remotely, but some in\-person time at the Clubhouse is required. **Your schedule is 100% flexible.** Set your own hours and work when it suits you. It's ideal for someone looking to earn a little extra income or wanting a change of pace from their everyday routine. We keep things relaxed, but we need someone who can do the work accurately and independently from day one. **QuickBooks Online fluency is REQUIRED.** This is not a training position. If you don't currently work in QuickBooks Online with confidence, this role isn't the right fit. **What You'll Do** * Enter and manage accounts payable in QuickBooks Online * Reconcile bank accounts monthly * Reconcile credit card accounts * Organize and maintain financial records, receipts, and supporting documents, both digital and paper * Keep the books clean, accurate, and up to date **What You Must Have** * **Proven, hands\-on QuickBooks Online experience (mandatory)** * Experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar accounting role * Solid understanding of bank, general ledger, and balance sheet reconciliations * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Clear, responsive communication **Why You'll Like Working With Us** * Total flexibility: your schedule, your pace * A great way to earn extra money without a rigid commitment * A refreshing break from your usual day\-to\-day * A laid\-back, friendly team that respects your time **To apply:** Briefly describe your QuickBooks Online experience, including how long you've used it and what tasks you handle in it.
