Transcriptionist

This position offers an engaging opportunity to work in a fast\-paced environment where precision and efficiency are valued and rewarded. **Duties** * Transcribe audio and video recordings into clear, accurate written documents using Microsoft Word or similar word processing software * Review and edit transcripts for grammar, punctuation, spelling, and formatting consistency * Ensure all transcriptions adhere to specified style guides and project requirements * Manage multiple transcription projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines * Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information contained within recordings * Collaborate with team members and clients to clarify unclear audio segments or special formatting requests * Utilize strong computer skills to troubleshoot technical issues related to transcription tools and software **Requirements** * Proven experience in transcription, legal administrative experience preferred but not required * Excellent typing skills with high accuracy and speed * Proficiency in Microsoft Word and general computer skills * Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities * Knowledge of transcription best practices and industry standards * Ability to handle confidential information discreetly * Prior experience with legal or administrative documentation is a plus Join us as a Transcriptionist and become part of a dedicated team committed to delivering precise, professional transcripts that support our clients’ success.
