This position offers an exciting opportunity to apply your accounting and finance experience in a fast\-paced environment dedicated to client success. **Responsibilities** * Prepare individual, partnership, corporate, and other tax returns with accuracy and attention to detail * Analyze financial statements, bookkeeping records, and supporting documents to ensure correct reporting * Utilize accounting software such as QuickBooks, Sage, and other financial tools to compile data efficiently * Conduct thorough review of tax documents to identify potential deductions, credits, and compliance issues * Assist clients with tax planning strategies and answer inquiries related to tax return preparation * Stay updated on current tax laws, regulations, and industry best practices to ensure compliance * Support marketing efforts by explaining services to prospective clients and maintaining positive relationships **Requirements** * Proven experience in public accounting or a related field with strong knowledge of tax preparation processes * Expertise in partnership tax, corporate tax, and technical accounting concepts * Proficiency with accounting software including TaxSlayer PRO * Strong analysis skills combined with excellent math proficiency and attention to detail * Ability to perform 10\-key typing quickly and accurately for data entry tasks * Excellent customer service skills with a professional demeanor * Knowledge of bookkeeping practices and financial concepts relevant to individual and business clients * Relevant certifications or education in accounting or finance preferred but not required Join our team if you’re passionate about helping clients achieve their financial goals through expert tax preparation!
