Role OverviewECI Software Solutions is seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Senior Sales Engineer to support Deacom ERP, our purpose-built ERP platform designed specifically for batch and process manufacturers. This role is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives at the intersection of manufacturing operations, business process consulting, and solution-based selling.What You Will DoDeliver compelling and tailored demonstrations of Deacom ERP aligned to customer manufacturing workflows and business objectives. Lead discovery sessions to understand customer pain points, operational processes, compliance requirements, and business goals.Why It Might Be a FitThis position is ideal for a technically skilled professional who thrives at the intersection of manufacturing operations, business process consulting, and solution-based selling. Experience supporting ERP solutions for manufacturing environments, preferably within batch or process manufacturing industries, is a plus.Requirements5+ years of experience in a Solutions Engineer, Sales Engineer, Presales Consultant, or similar customer-facing role within software or SaaS organizationsExperience supporting ERP solutions for manufacturing environments, preferably within batch or process manufacturing industriesStrong understanding of manufacturing operations including production planning, inventory management, quality control, compliance, traceability, purchasing, and supply chain processesAbility to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and compelling way to both technical and non-technical audiencesExperience managing multiple opportunities and priorities in a fast-paced presales environmentKnowledge of cloud deployment models and SaaS environments, including AWS and Azure platformsStrong presentation, discovery, and consultative selling skillsExperience with Salesforce, Microsoft Office Suite, and Microsoft Teams preferredFamiliarity with SQL or reporting/query tools is a plusBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, Manufacturing, or a related field preferredBenefitsRemote work within the United StatesWillingness to travel up to 30%Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the manufacturing industryOriginally posted on Himalayas
