Brolly Labs, now rebranded as CatalyzeX, is a business process outsourcing specialist that combines deep process expertise with top offshore talent to deliver strong, reliable outcomes for our clients.We're looking for a Claims Specialist to support our Claims Team by handling disputes, reviewing documentation, and managing claim resolutions from start to finish. This role is highly detail-oriented and requires someone who can follow structured processes while confidently handling difficult customer situations.You'll be working on claims related to damages, service issues, and disputes—ensuring each case is properly reviewed, documented, and resolved in line with company policies.This is a full-time role. We're looking for someone fully committed, not juggling multiple jobs.What You'll DoClaims & Dispute Handling (Primary Focus)Handle disputes via Stripe by submitting evidence (transactions, delivery proof, comms)Manage furniture/home item claims (damage, defects, delivery issues)Document cases clearly with photos, notes, and timelinesIdentify suitable replacements based on design, size, and materialEnsure all actions follow company policies and Terms of ServiceDocumentation & Case ManagementPrepare settlement letters (NDA-style) using DocuSealUse Google Sheets and Google Docs for tracking and documentationReview PDFs and bills of lading with strong attention to detailMaintain accurate and complete case recordsCustomer Communication & Negotiation (Secondary Focus)Handle customer calls regarding disputes and service issuesManage difficult conversations involving pushback on time, cost, or service expectationsDe-escalate frustrated customers while maintaining control of the conversationHandle tough negotiations, especially around service time expectations and disputesWho You AreDetail-oriented and process-drivenStrong attention to documentation accuracyComfortable handling difficult customer conversationsStrong English communication skills (written and verbal)Calm under pressure and able to enforce policy professionallyWhat You BringExperience in claims, disputes, or escalation handlingExperience working with Google Sheets, Google Docs, and PDFsAbility to follow structured processes and policiesExperience handling customer callsPreferred Experience (E-commerce Claims Handling)Product Not Received (PNR) – validate tracking and delivery proofItem Not as Described (INAD) – compare listings vs. reported issuesShipping Damage – assess documentation and determine resolutionRefund / Cancellation disputes – enforce policy complianceBonus Points If You HaveExperience with Stripe disputesBackground in logistics, moving services, or home/furniture claimsStrong negotiation or sales experiencePreferred Industry BackgroundE-commerce / RetailFurniture / Home Goods / Interior RetailInsurance (Claims Processing)Banking / Payments / ChargebacksAppliance / Electronics After-Sales SupportTechnical Requirements
Internet connection: High-speed internet required — minimum 20 Mbps or fiber connection
Computer / laptop: Employees must use a genuine, supported business laptop with built-in hardware security and full-disk encryption enabled. Unsupported, modified, bypass-installed, rooted, or jailbroken operating systems are not permitted.
- Windows: Windows 11 (preferably Windows 11 Pro), 2021 model or newer, with TPM 2.0 enabled and BitLocker / Windows Device Encryption turned on
- Mac: Apple MacBook / Mac, 2020 model or newer, preferably Apple Silicon M1 or newer, running a supported macOS version with FileVault enabled
