Job Description

**Description** Director of Pharmacy Operations Pharmacy \| National Operations Location: Fully Remote – U.S. Only Travel: 50% travel (including overnight travel, as needed) Salary: $170,000 \- $180,000k base salary \+ annual bonus eligibility What Good Care Looks Like Good care is specific. It is the right medication, for the right person, at the exact right time, and someone following up to make sure it actually worked. That follow\-through is where the system usually breaks down, and it is where Clarest steps in. We manage medication for patients across long\-term care, assisted living, and at home, building the technology that keeps all three connected so no one gets handed off and forgotten. None of that happens without the people doing it, which is why we hold ourselves to the same standard with our own. Paid time off increases the longer you are here, life insurance is company\-paid, and for associates who enroll in our health plan, a dedicated nurse advocate and no\-cost telehealth extend to eligible dependents as well. Careers here move in more directions than most people expect, and many of our leaders started in the roles we are hiring for now. Build the Operating System Behind Pharmacy Excellence As our Director of Pharmacy Operations, you'll help turn Clarest's pharmacy strategy into consistent, scalable execution across our growing pharmacy network. This is not a traditional site leadership role. Instead, you'll work across the organization to build the operating infrastructure that helps pharmacy leaders execute consistently—from standardized processes and operating routines to performance reviews, compliance practices, technology adoption, and tools that make it easier for teams in the field to succeed. You'll partner closely with Regional VPs, pharmacy leaders, compliance, implementation, technology partners, and other cross\-functional teams to identify opportunities, solve operational challenges, and turn ideas into sustainable practices. This is an opportunity for a pharmacy leader who likes to build, improve, and influence. Clarest is continuing to bring businesses and pharmacy operations together, which means you'll have the opportunity to help shape how a growing organization operates rather than simply stepping into an established playbook. What You’ll Do You'll help create greater consistency, visibility, and performance across Clarest's pharmacy operations. * Build and continuously improve the pharmacy operating system, including management routines, operating standards, tools, and performance cadences. * Develop, standardize, and maintain pharmacy policies, procedures, workflows, and other forms of standard work. * Partner with Regional VPs and pharmacy leaders to identify operational gaps and translate them into practical solutions. * Lead operational performance and productivity reviews, using data to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities for improvement. * Translate regu
