We invest in our leaders and offer training and education to increase their knowledge of nutrition and to optimize their professional skills An important part of this position is your ability to speak both English and French fluently to ensure we are able to help all of our customers across the country. **Position Details:** The role of the Assistant Manager within our customer service department is to support our team of natural health consultants, to ensure that we are offer the highest level of customer service at all times. This position will require direct interaction with the customers – assisting them with orders, issues or consultations as needed. The person within this role will be trained to be fully capable at all aspects of the natural health consultant position. The assistant manager will be expected to assist the natural health consultant team. Offering support and ensuring the team is staying up to date on current procedures as well as adjusting to any procedural changes made. The assistant manager will help with higher level management tasks that help to ensure that all customers receive the best service. This position requires a candidate with a proven management background that is familiar with motivating a highly successful team, assisting with all levels of customer concerns, providing constructive feedback and follow\-up. This position does require high amounts of screen time within a dedicated personal office space within your home. A key candidate will also require technical proficiency, excellent communication skills both verbal and written, proven leadership skills and adaptability.
