You will drive the mobile product roadmap, work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers on technical decisions, and bring a sharp B2C lens to everything from onboarding flows to AI-enhanced core features. If you have grown comfortable sitting in meetings without a clear opinion or waiting for someone else to define the technical direction, this role is not for you.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn the mobile product roadmap with a clear focus on consumer engagement, retention, and delightLead App Store strategy — including release planning, guideline compliance, and submission managementWork directly with engineering to review technical approaches, contribute to architecture discussions, and write specs that leave no room for ambiguityIdentify, scope, and deliver AI-powered features that meaningfully improve the consumer experienceDefine success metrics and hold the team accountable to measurable outcomesCollaborate with design on consumer-facing UX, ensuring technical constraints are balanced with user experience goalsCommunicate product strategy clearly to stakeholders at all levelsRequired QualificationsExperience in the Cosmetics / Beauty Industry is a big win!Proven track record as a Senior PM or above, with a focus on consumer mobile productsDeep, hands-on familiarity with the iOS App Store — not just awareness, but real operational experienceMust be able to code in Python or Java — this will be assessed as part of the processExperience shipping AI or ML features in a consumer productStrong B2C product instincts — you understand consumers, not just usersExperience in an early-stage product environment where structure is built, not inheritedMust have prior remote work experience and be fluent with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, or similar)Preferred QualificationsExperience managing App Store Optimisation (ASO) as part of a broader growth strategyBackground in consumer subscription or freemium business modelsFamiliarity with mobile CI/CD pipelines and release toolingExperience working closely with data science or ML teamsTools & TechnologyPython / JavaiOS ecosystem (App Store Connect, TestFlight, Xcode familiarity)Mobile analytics (Firebase, Amplitude, or similar)AI/ML APIs and toolingLinear, Jira, or similar project management toolsSlack, Zoom, Google WorkspacePlease Note It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
