You will need to demonstrate excellent professional communication skills, both in writing and when speaking directly with clients, and collaborate seamlessly across different internal departments to resolve issues efficiently as they arise. * **Email Management:** Monitoring and responding to customer email inquiries in a timely, accurate, and professional manner. * **Client Interaction:** Meeting and speaking directly with our clients via online meetings or phone calls to address their needs, build relationships, and provide support. * **Performance Metrics:** Actively working toward meeting and exceeding performance scores. * **Operational Alignment:** Developing a deep, foundational understanding of how our internal Operations flow. * **System Mastery:** Mastering our internal communication platforms and CS tools to maintain smooth workflows. * **Holistic Knowledge:** Becoming a well\-rounded expert by understanding our service catalog and what we offer. **Required Qualities \& Qualifications**
