HelpAfterAccident is building the first national platform for accident recovery and is seeking an exceptional Founder's Associate / Startup Growth \& Fundraising Intern to work directly with the Founder \& CEO. This is not a traditional internship or part\-time side project. We are looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial individual who thrives in an early\-stage startup environment where priorities change quickly and execution speed matters. Candidates must have hands\-on experience with Apollo.io, Instantly, ListKit, CRM systems, Calendly, email automation, domain warming, deliverability optimization, lead generation, and outbound campaign management. Experience in software development, web development, growth engineering, digital marketing, AI tools, workflow automation, or startup operations is required. Responsibilities include building investor databases, launching and managing fundraising campaigns, creating outreach copy, managing investor communications by email and phone, coordinating executive calendars, supporting growth initiatives, and solving problems independently. Spanish fluency is a strong plus. Experience with two\-sided marketplace businesses such as Uber, Airbnb, DoorDash, Upwork, Thumbtack, or similar network\-effect platforms is highly preferred. Candidates must be highly responsive, available beyond traditional business hours when needed, comfortable operating in a fast\-paced startup environment, and committed to helping build a venture\-scale company from the ground up. This role is ideal for someone who wants direct exposure to fundraising, startup operations, growth, product, and executive leadership while helping scale a company nationally.
