As the Underground Transmission Line Project Engineering Manager, you will:Lead a multi-discipline team of engineers and techniciansManage diverse and complex projects within design services and EPC programsOversee design quality, budgets, and schedulesSupport client interaction, proposals, and business developmentAbout the Team

Joining means working on innovative projects that shape the future of energy.Key ResponsibilitiesManage budgets, schedules, and quality requirements across disciplinesCoordinate directly with clients on project changesReview and coordinate engineering work, serving as engineer of record when requiredBuild strong relationships with project leaders, design teams, and support staffTranslate client interests into actionable project strategiesContribute to business development and proposal activitiesTravel occasionally for site visits, design reviews, and client meetingsMentor and guide team members while upholding quality standardsPreferred QualificationsExperience managing EPC or design services underground transmission line projects for U.S. investor-owned utilitiesStrong background in high-voltage underground transmission line design, lifecycle management, and equipment specificationsProficiency in developing plan and profile drawings; working knowledge of CYMCAP and Pull-PlannerAdvanced understanding of engineering principles, design guides, and industry standardsExperience with interdisciplinary project coordination, procurement, permitting, and construction supportFamiliarity with proposal development and engineering estimatesExcellent communication and client engagement skillsP.E. license highly preferredMinimum QualificationsBachelors degree in engineering from an accredited program8+ years of relevant experienceAbility to meet pre-employment requirements (background check, drug screen, MVR search, as applicable)Certifications
