Click here to learn more about Group Benefits solutions.Role Overview: The Consultant, BenTech Production Support is responsible for the ongoing support, maintenance, and stability of BenTech production integrations across Group Benefit Solutions (GBS). This role ensures the reliable operation of critical capabilities, including EOI Single Sign-On (SSO) and APIs supporting Eligibility, Enrollment, Plan Configuration, and Absence. This position plays a key role in maintaining production health by proactively monitoring integrations, resolving issues, and partnering across internal teams, clients, and BenTech platforms to deliver a seamless and consistent client experience.What You’ll Do: Production Support & Incident ManagementProvide day-to-day production support for BenTech integrations, including EOI SSO and API-based data exchanges. Monitor and review payload transmission logs to identify production issues, errors, and data discrepancies. Troubleshoot and resolve incidents in partnership with clients and benefits administration platforms. Perform root cause analysis and ensure timely resolution of production defects and incidents. Support escalation management and contribute to incident communication and resolution tracking.Integration Stability & OperationsMaintain and support production APIs and integrations across Eligibility, Enrollment, Plan Configuration, and Absence management. Ensure data integrity, accuracy, and timeliness across all production integration points. Partner with Technology and Product teams to implement fixes, enhancements, and preventative solutions. Identify trends in production issues and drive improvements to reduce recurrence.Client & Partner SupportParticipate in client and BenTech platform meetings to support ongoing production operations and issue resolution. Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders regarding production incidents and status updates. Partner with clients and platforms to ensure alignment on issue resolution and system performance expectations. Contribute to a responsive, transparent, and solutions-oriented support experience.Operational Excellence & Continuous ImprovementCollaborate with internal stakeholders across Product, Technology, Operations, and Client Management to improve production performance.Document incidents, resolutions, and support processes to build knowledge and scalability. Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for automation and operational efficiency. Support initiatives that enhance monitoring, alerting, and overall production support capabilities.What You’ll Bring: Required Experience & Expertise3+ years of experience in group insurance with a focus on data management, data exchange, and integrations. Preferably, the ideal candidate brings hands-on experience supporting EDI, APIs, and Single Sign-On (SSO) frameworks (SAML/OAuth). Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills, including experience reviewing logs and data payloads. Experience working with benefits administration or HRIS platforms (e.g., Workday, Benefitfocus, Businessolver, etc.). Ability to manage multiple incidents and priorities in a fast-paced production environment.Core CapabilitiesStrong ownership mindset with accountability for production stability and issue resolution.
