**Account Manager (California – Remote)** **On Duty Health** On Duty Health is looking for an Account Manager to support our California departments. This is a fully remote role, but you’ll be working closely with our on\-site teams and clients to keep operations running smoothly. If you’re detail\-oriented, organized, and good at managing a lot of moving pieces, this role is a great fit. **About On Duty Health** On Duty Health is a mobile occupational health company focused on first responder wellness. We provide on\-site medical and fitness assessments for fire departments, law enforcement agencies, and select corporate clients, bringing comprehensive care directly to the workplace. Our team is made up of experienced healthcare professionals—including physicians, nurse practitioners, physician assistants, exercise physiologists, ultrasound technicians, and phlebotomists—who are specifically trained in the unique health risks facing first responders. From cancer prevention and early detection to cardiovascular health, sleep disruption, and behavioral health, our approach is tailored to the demands of the job. We don’t just complete annual exams—we partner with departments to support long\-term health outcomes and readiness. **What You’ll Do** You’ll support a mix of operational, administrative, and patient\-facing tasks, including: * Managing incoming communications (emails, phone calls, patient messages) and routing appropriately * Supporting scheduling and coordination of health assessments across California departments * Preparing team briefs to ensure staff are set up for each on\-site day * Coordinating lab draws, specialty testing, and follow\-up logistics * Handling incoming calls and resolving issues or escalating when needed * Supporting meeting coordination, notes, and internal communication * Maintaining organized records across systems (EHR, Dropbox, internal tools) * Supporting reporting, audits, and health data tracking **Customer\-Facing Role** This is a very customer service–heavy role. You will be one of the primary points of contact between On Duty Health and the fire departments we serve. You’ll be communicating directly with department contacts and firefighters, helping guide them through scheduling, registration, and follow\-up.
