By joining Datavant today, you’re stepping onto a driven and highly collaborative team that is passionate about creating transformative change in healthcare.We are looking for a Senior Enterprise Technical Lead to serve as a technical leader across our most complex enterprise engagements, owning ambiguity, leading through influence, and driving outcomes that scale.You will operate as a strategic partner to customers and internal stakeholders, connecting technical execution to business impact while shaping how Datavant delivers at scale.You will:Drive end-to-end technical delivery for large, high-impact enterprise customers, often spanning multiple systems, stakeholders, and product areasArchitect and execute complex integrations and workflows, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned to long-term customer outcomesServe as the technical quarterback for critical initiatives and escalations, balancing speed, risk, and business impactBuild deep understanding of customer ecosystems, data flows, and business objectives to proactively guide solution design and adoptionTranslate technical complexity into clear, actionable insights for both technical and executive audiencesInfluence customer decisions by connecting Datavant capabilities to measurable business valueLead coordination across Engineering, Product, Strategic Engagement, GTM, Science, and Privacy to deliver unified solutionsEliminate ambiguity by defining clear plans, roles, and success criteria across stakeholdersAct as a trusted partner to internal teams, shaping product direction through structured, actionable feedbackIdentify patterns across customer work and convert them into repeatable frameworks, playbooks, and automation opportunitiesBalance bespoke customer needs with scalable, efficient delivery modelsDrive operational improvements that increase team efficiency, consistency, and qualityMentor and elevate other Technical Solutions team members through guidance, feedback, and knowledge sharingSet the bar for technical judgment, customer engagement, and execution qualityInfluence decisions across teams through clarity of thought, data, and strong point of viewWhat you will bring to the table: 5–8+ years in healthcare, health tech, systems aggregators, or related field, including 2+ years implementing in large government, provider, or public sector programsProven track record leading large-scale, complex enterprise implementations or integrationsStrong technical fluency across data pipelines, system integrations, and Ability to navigate ambiguous, high-stakes scenarios and drive them to resolutionDemonstrated ability to connect technical decisions to business outcomes and long-term scalabilityExperience designing repeatable solutions, frameworks, or processes that scale beyond a single customerStrong judgment in balancing speed vs. quality, customization vs. standardizationExperience leading cross-functional initiatives without direct authoritySkilled at aligning diverse stakeholders and driving decisions in complex environmentsExceptional communication skills with the ability to engage both technical and executive audiencesTrack record of building trusted, long-term customer relationshipsStrong ownership mindset with consistent follow-through and accountabilityWe are committed to building a diverse team of Datavanters who are all responsible for stewarding a high-performance culture in which all Datavanters belong and thrive.
