About the Practice We are a large, established dermatology clinic with 9 locations, serving a broad patient population across medical, cosmetic, and surgical dermatology. Our practice is growing and we are investing in building a strong, data-driven marketing function to match our clinical reputation. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the marketing strategy of a multi-location healthcare brand at a pivotal moment of growth. Position Overview We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Marketing Strategist to lead and execute comprehensive marketing initiatives across all 9 of our dermatology locations. This role is responsible for developing and managing integrated marketing strategies spanning social media, paid advertising, SEO, email marketing, content, and brand consistency — all tailored to a healthcare audience and compliant with applicable regulations. The ideal candidate understands the nuances of marketing a multi-location medical practice, knows how to balance brand-level strategy with location-level needs, and can translate clinical services into compelling patient-facing messaging. This is both a strategic and hands-on role — you will set the direction and execute on it. Key Responsibilities Marketing Strategy & Planning Develop and own the annual marketing strategy and calendar across all 9 locations Identify growth opportunities across service lines including medical dermatology, cosmetic treatments, and surgical procedures Balance brand-wide marketing priorities with location-specific campaigns and community needs Set measurable marketing goals and KPIs aligned with patient acquisition, retention, and revenue targets Present marketing plans, campaign performance, and strategic recommendations to leadership Social Media & Content Marketing Develop and manage social media strategy and content calendars across all platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn Oversee creation of engaging, accurate, and HIPAA-compliant content that educates patients and builds brand trust Coordinate with clinical teams to highlight providers, services, before-and-after content, and patient education Monitor social engagement, community management, and brand reputation across all location profiles Manage or collaborate with content creators, photographers, and videographers as needed Paid Advertising Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and other relevant platforms Manage advertising budgets across all 9 locations, ensuring efficient spend and strong return on ad investment Develop location-specific and service-specific ad campaigns targeting relevant patient demographics Monitor campaign performance daily, making real-time adjustments to improve results Produce clear ROI reporting and attribution analysis for leadership review SEO & Website Management Develop and execute an SEO strategy to improve organic visibility for all practice locations Oversee local SEO including Google Business Profile optimization for each of the 9 locations Collaborate with web developers or vendors to ensure the website is optimized for search, user experience, and patient conversion Monitor website analytics, traffic trends, and conversion rates using Google Analytics and Search Console Ensure all web content is current, accurate, and reflective of services offered at each location Email Marketing & CRM Develop and execute email marketing campaigns for patient acquisition, re-engagement, and retention Build and manage segmented patient email lists in compliance with HIPAA and applicable marketing regulations Automate patient communication workflows including appointment reminders, post-visit follow-ups, and seasonal promotions Track email campaign performance including open rates, click-through rates, and conversion metrics Brand Management & Consistency Ensure consistent brand voice, visual identity, and messaging standards across all 9 locations and marketing channels Develop marketing templates, brand guidelines, and resources for use across the practice Review and approve all external-facing marketing materials for brand compliance and clinical accuracy Support new location openings with launch marketing plans and local awareness campaigns Reputation Management & Patient Reviews Monitor and manage online reputation across Google, Healthgrades, Yelp, and other review platforms Develop strategies to encourage satisfied patients to leave reviews and respond professionally to feedback Track Net Promoter Score and patient satisfaction trends in coordination with clinical operations Analytics & Reporting Build and maintain marketing dashboards that provide clear visibility into campaign performance across all channels and locations Analyze marketing data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement Deliver monthly and quarterly marketing performance reports to leadership with actionable insights Required Qualifications 3 to 6 or m
