They will be responsible for supervising and coordinating an annual portfolio of events, from conception to execution, with an emphasis on B2B events & experiences. The primary responsibilities are divided between two workstreams:Working with retained client stakeholders to build out annual event plans, inclusive of budget estimations/ resource planning/ timeline development/providing oversight & escalation to production teams & clients.Directly owning projects in the role of an Executive Producer (EP) for large and/or complex B2B events.Strong relationship skills, service mentality and the ability to provide multiple options for solutions are essential to this role. Job Responsibilities: Oversee the delivery of complex, high-profile projects from concept to executionEstablish and enforce production standards and best practices to ensure operational excellenceServe as a strategic problem-solver, managing escalations and offering proactive solutionsBuild and maintain senior-level client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction and long term engagementGuide teams in managing client expectations, scope, budgets, and timelines with confidence Partner with Group leadership to align on client needs and project scope Ensure all projects meet profitability targets while maintaining the highest quality standardsOversee resource allocation across assigned projects, optimizing efficiency and ensuring the optimal use of internal and external resources to meet project goals.Develop (in collaboration with account leadership) appropriate short/medium/long term business plans, inclusive of forecasting and hitting billable targets, and recommendations for net-new headcount needs.Lead production efforts across a retained client, and annual calendar of event activityScoping projectsDeveloping workback timelinesDeveloping indicative BudgetsIdentifying staffing needs & building staffing PlansAdvising clients as an SME for productionOverseeing project teams as point of escalation (for projects where not assigned as the EP)Work alongside new business & client services, to expand breadth of work with the brandLead the execution of large and/ or complex B2B projects as an EPLead in kick-off meetingDefine roles and responsibilities of the project teamLead development of production schedule, project documents and organization of informationParticipate in creative development Own project management & project delivery.Organize and manage communications between event team membersManage freelance resourcesLook for innovative solutions to production methodsBudget Management & ensure overall project health Develop Production Talent Lead, mentor, and inspire high-performing teams, fostering career growth and professional developmentDefine career development plans and succession strategies to support internal growthFoster a positive, high-performing team culture centered on collaboration and innovation Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree preferred10+ years of proven event production experience requiredStrong project management skills with proven ability to lead teams5-7 years of management or supervisory experienceLeadership and coaching skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExtraordinary organizational skills, self-motivation and intuitionThrive in a fast paced, agency environmentExcellent computer skills Microsoft and Apple applications, team project software, social media sitesThorough understanding of permitting standards (Including but not limited to TPA, Special Event, Fire, Health & Safety, Building & Safety, Noise, etc.) and ability to successfully oversee production timelines and needs as related to permit procurementAbility to effectively manage tasks across multiple projects/various clients at the same timeExtra Credit:Experience in producing live (staged) events.Bilingual abilities preferably SpanishExperience producing events internationallyExperience with event niche (VIP hospitality, Tradeshow, Keynote, Content Production)NetSuite experienceCAD experienceRequirements: Must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% or more of the time while working remotely and in a standing position 50% or more of the time while working offsite Must be able to work outdoors in various weather conditionsHave a valid Driver’s LicenseRegularly required to stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 25 pounds and occasionally heavier itemsAvailable to work weekends and evenings as needed for eventsLocation:We are a h
