Role Description We are seeking a full\-time, remote bilingual (English and Spanish) Medical Assistant based in Texas to support healthcare providers in delivering exceptional patient care. Responsibilities include assisting with patient communications, managing medical records, using medical terminology accurately, insurance verification and providing support in virtual medical office operations. You will also play a key role in ensuring patients' adherence to health plans and supporting effective remote therapeutic monitoring. Qualifications * Proficiency in Medical Assisting and Patient Care * Strong understanding of Medical Terminology * Experience with Medical Records management and Medical Office operations * Excellent bilingual communication skills (ability to effectively communicate in both English and Spanish, as required) in a patient facing setting * Experience with insurance verification * Ability to work independently, remotely, with strong time management skills * Experience working in telemedicine or remote healthcare settings is a plus * Experience working with Oncology patients highly preferred, understanding of general oncology clinical terminology is a must * Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or equivalent certification is preferred Job Type: Full\-time Pay: $18\.00 \- $20\.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule * On\-the\-job training * Opportunities for advancement * Paid sick time * Paid training * Professional development assistance * Referral program Application Question(s): * We are urgently hiring for this role.
