Freight Broker Agent – 1099

This is a remote position.We are seeking experienced Freight Broker Agents to join our growing brokerage. This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only role designed for brokers who already have an established book of business and are ready to scale using modern technology and AI-enabled workflows.As a Freight Broker Agent, you will be responsible for bringing your existing shipper relationships, managing freight from quote to delivery, and growing revenue using industry-leading platforms including AscendTMS, DAT, Truckstop, HubSpot, and the Microsoft ecosystem.You will operate independently while receiving systems, automation, and operational support to maximize efficiency and earnings.
