We are passionate about helping businesses elevate their brand presence with excellence, creativity, and professionalism. We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Generation \& Marketing Assistant to help expand our clientele and support business growth. Position Overview The ideal candidate is highly organized, professional, and experienced in lead generation, and communication. This person will assist with identifying potential clients, reaching out to businesses, following up on inquiries, and helping convert leads into paying clients. This is a remote position with growth opportunities for the right candidate. Responsibilities * Research and identify potential business leads * Reach out to businesses via phone, email, and social media * Schedule consultations and follow\-up calls * Maintain organized lead tracking systems * Assist with client communication and outreach campaigns * Help increase brand awareness and generate new clientele * Represent MTA Designs Studio professionally and positively * Support marketing and promotional efforts as needed Qualifications * 3\+ years of experience in lead generation, sales outreach, customer service, or virtual assistance(preferred) * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable making outbound calls and follow\-ups * Organized and detail\-oriented * Ability to work independently and meet goals * Experience with social media and basic marketing is preferred * Professional attitude and strong work ethic required Compensation * Starting pay: $17/hour * Remote position * Flexible work environment Probationary Period All candidates selected for this role will complete a 30\-day probationary/training period before full onboarding.
