We are a top-producing partner for hundreds of resorts across Mexico, the Caribbean, and Central America.About the RoleWe are seeking a Product Coordinator (Contract) to support product operations, supplier initiatives, and internal coordination through structured deliverables and project-based work.
This role is ideal for a self-directed professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently manage multiple priorities while collaborating effectively with internal teams and external partners.What You’ll Be Responsible ForSupplier Reporting & PromotionsDevelop monthly and final reports on supplier promotions, including performance summaries and insightsMaintain documentation of active promotions and associated deliverablesProvide structured reporting to support evaluation of supplier initiativesTraining & Partner CoordinationDevelop a Quarterly NewsletterKeep and organize Product Back-up yearly to ensure all Product specific actions within Co-op are fulfilledAssist with incoming inquires about potential partnerships and website exposureHelp facilitate Familiarization trips with partners and agentsContent & System UpdatesMaintain and update product-related content within internal systems (e.g., DestiWiki)Ensure supplier materials and information remain accurate and up to dateMarketing & Communication SupportPrepare and distribute quarterly agent-facing newslettersOrganize and communicate product updates to support internal teams and sales effortsProject-Based SupportSupport execution of key initiatives such as vendor onboarding, promotional campaigns, and FAM trip coordinationDeliver assigned project outcomes within agreed timelinesWork Structure & AvailabilityThe contractor maintains control over their own work schedule and is responsible for managing their time to meet agreed-upon deliverables and deadlines.
