Remote, Illinois 60007 Posted October 8th, 2026 ##### **Job Type: Contract** ##### **Job Category: IT** #### **Job Description** **Role** \- Oracle CC\&B Test Lead (Utility Domain) **Location** – Remote **Contract** **Job Summary** We are seeking an experienced **Oracle CC\&B Test Lead / QA Analyst** with strong expertise in the Utilities domain and extensive experience in System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring the quality and successful delivery of Oracle Customer Care \& Billing (CC\&B) implementations and enhancements. **Mandatory Requirements** * Minimum **5\+ years of hands\-on experience with Oracle CC\&B (Customer Care \& Billing)**. * Minimum **5\+ years of experience in the Utilities industry** (Electricity, Gas, Water, or Energy sectors). * Strong experience in **System Integration Testing (SIT)** and **User Acceptance Testing (UAT)**. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coordination skills. * Ability to collaborate effectively with business users, developers, architects, and project teams. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and execute test strategies, test plans, test scenarios, and test cases for Oracle CC\&B implementations and enhancements. * Lead SIT and UAT activities across multiple project phases. * Coordinate with business stakeholders to gather and validate testing requirements. * Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution. * Validate end\-to\-end business processes within Oracle CC\&B. * Support data validation, integration testing, and regression testing activities. * Facilitate UAT workshops, defect triage meetings, and status reporting. * Ensure adherence to testing standards, methodologies, and quality processes. * Work closely with cross\-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. * Provide regular testing status updates to project managers and business stakeholders. ##### **Required Skills** Oracle OTM Oracle WMS
