Summary We are hiring a driven Inside Sales professional to support high\-volume electrical commodity sales across lighting, fittings, boxes, and related products. This is a fast\-paced, customer\-facing role focused on speed, accuracy, and daily execution. Success in this position comes down to responsiveness, consistent customer outreach, and the ability to turn quotes into orders. You will work directly with distributors, contractors, and our outside sales team to handle inbound requests, generate quotes quickly, and actively follow up to win business. This role requires urgency, attention to detail, and a commitment to being in front of customers every day. Key Responsibilities: * Respond quickly to incoming quote requests for lighting, fittings, boxes, and other core electrical commodities * Prepare accurate, competitive quotes with a focus on turnaround time and order conversion * Proactively follow up on all quotes to drive orders and uncover additional opportunities * Reach out to customers daily to generate new opportunities and stay in front of ongoing projects * Support distributors and contractors with product selection, availability, and pricing * Coordinate with manufacturers and internal teams to ensure product availability and delivery timelines * Manage a high volume of activity, balancing speed with accuracy * Build and maintain strong relationships through consistent communication and execution Qualifications: * 2–5 years of inside sales or customer service experience in electrical distribution or a related industry * Strong understanding of electrical commodities such as lighting, fittings, boxes, and basic construction materials * Proven ability to manage multiple quotes and priorities in a fast\-paced environment * Comfortable with high daily activity levels including calls, emails, and follow\-ups * Highly organized, detail\-oriented, and responsive * Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Word, and Excel. * Excellent communication and problem\-solving abilities. * Positive attitude and strong work ethic Why Join Us? * Be part of a financially strong and growing organization. * Work with a team that values innovation, collaboration, and professional development. * Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a dynamic industry. * Competitive compensation and benefits package. * Ready to
